what are Jelqing Exercises?
Jelqing exercises are a series of repeated massaging motions of the penis to increase size.

  2. Wrap washcloth around penis.
  3. Leave wrapped for about 3 minutes.

  1. Apply lubricant to your hands and penis.
  2. Wrap your thumb and index finger around the base.
  3. Move upward, from the base, through the shaft, up to the head.
  4. When your first hand reaches the head, continue with the other hand at the base.
  5. Repeat for up to 100 jelqs.
    An average session consists of 100-200 strokes.
  6. Cool down, using the same techniques you did for the warm up.

  1. Do not jelq while fully erect, or completely flaccid.
    You should be semi-erect when performing the exercises.
  2. Don't squeeze too hard.
  3. Stop if you feel pain or discomfort.
