- 1). Peel the backing off the sticky adhesive on the detoxing pads.
- 2). Wrap the patch around each foot so that the thick part of the pad is right in the sole of your foot. The sole of your foot is in between the heel and ball of the foot. Press down the edges of the patch so it sticks to the foot.
- 3). Go to sleep with the patches on your feet to allow them to remove the toxins during the night. Remove the patches in the morning. The darker the pads are, the more toxins the pads removed. Use the patches every night for three to five weeks.
