Mass Storage Mode

• 1). Connect your BlackBerry device to your computer via USB cable.
  
  
• 2). Click "USB" on the dialogue screen that appears on your device.
  
  
• 3). Click "Start" and then "Computer." Locate your BlackBerry's media card folder in the list under "Removal Devices" and double-click it.
  
  
• 4). Browse the BlackBerry's media card folder to access the phone's files.
  
  

BlackBerry Desktop

• 1). Connect your BlackBerry device to your computer via USB cable.
  
  
• 2). Click "Media Transfer" on the dialogue box that appears on your BlackBerry's screen.
  
  
• 3). Open the BlackBerry Desktop software if it doesn't automatically start (see Resources).
  
  
• 4). Click the link for the type of BlackBerry files you'd like to view, such as Pictures or Music, in the toolbar at the top of the BlackBerry Desktop software. Change settings and information as desired.
