History:
Brand spanking new in 2007, Partridge Creek's open-air design returns Detroit to its original mall roots.
Today:
Just down the road from Lakeside Mall on Hall Road, the mall's tenants are higher-end chains, but many are new to the east side.
The mall is laid out like a tradition mall with a main walkway lined with retail stores linking two anchor department stores, Parisian and Nordstrom. In fact, it is most like Laurel Park Place in terms of size, layout, anchor/retail stores and restaurants, except that its main walkways are open to the elements. Dining options include Max & Erma's, California Pizza Kitchen and Bar Louie.
