Four Super Simple Ways to Gain Muscle Mass - Without Holding Your Breath

I bet you are absolutely sick and tired of listening to advice from your weight lifting buddies at the gym or even those bodybuilding magazines on the racks.
And you STILL hate the way your body looks in front of the mirror each day.
Well, I have some good news for you, I am going to tell you four super simple ways for you to gain muscle mass.
Yep, that's right -- 4 different ways! one) Tell yourself that you will go to the gym for your bodybuilding routines -- three to four days a week.
NO more and no less.
You need to force your muscle to get bigger and at the same time you don't want to overtrain...
two) Eat some FOOD! In fact, eat at least five to seven times a day.
And focus on a balanced meal of good quality proteins, good fats and healthy carbs.
At least over half of your intake should be solid foods and you can use meal replacements such as protein shakes or some other muscle building supplements to make up the rest.
three) Stretch your muscles to prevent injury BEFORE you start lifting weights.
I would say that the thumb of rule is you should stretch out about half the time as your total time spent lifting weights.
And doing so will allow you to prevent injuries during your bodybuilding routines.
Because if you get injured...
it will only slow down your effort to build muscle mass.
four) Avoid any new fad supplements like the plague.
Personally, I don't use any supplement until it has been around for at least 3 years.
And my BIGGEST advice is to stop reading those bodybuilding muscle magazines.
They are published by the supplement industry and PROMOTE useless supplements endorsed by muscle bound freaks that probably inject steroids in themselves.
I would just stick with the basics and you will be just fine...
good quality multi-vitamins, fish oil capsules, powdered creatine and whey protein powder.
Overall, keep it simple.
Good effective bodybuilding workouts, good nutrition and basic supplements and you will be amazed how you can transform your body from a skinny guy or girl to a muscular, toned and ripped body that gets compliments.
