How to Adjust a Two-Wheeled Walker

    • 1). Stand in front of the walker with your arms at your sides and your shoulders relaxed. The top of the walker should be at the crease on your wrist when your arms are extended at your sides.

    • 2). Push the buttons in on one leg of the walker. Slide the leg up or down until you achieve the proper height. Snap the button through the hole to lock the leg in place.

    • 3). Count the holes from the top of the leg where the holes start down to where the button is in the hole. Use this as a guide and adjust the other three legs to make the walker level, including the two legs with the wheels.
