6 Pack Ripped Abs by Losing the Gut Fat

Six pack ripped abs don't come easy, that's for sure.
You may want to lose that stomach fat to create some sexy defined six pack abs, but it won't come easily.
It sure isn't impossible to maintain or develop these abs, all it takes is motivation.
Don't use excuses like genetics  or this or that, step up and get it done.
That's the first step! If you are reading this then you can lose that stomach fat and gain that six pack ripped abs.
Starting now you will need to change some of your habits and begin taking steps towards your success.
First, if you are doing crunches, sit-ups, or any other abs work out then stop now! That's not how you develop abs and get definition, let's make sure you are on the right track first and foremost.
Doing hundreds or even thousands of these sit ups won't benefit you the slightest if you have a layer of fat sitting over that stomach.
You need to start by burning that fat off of your stomach if you want to successfully gain those 6 pack ripped abs.
Here is a great workout if you want to eliminate that layer of fat so you can begin seeing results.
You are going to want to do these exercises as a group, and perform as many group workouts that you can do in a matter of fifteen minutes.
Do this first and foremost before you start your usual workout routine.
That way you are fresh and not tired after your usual workout, that is crucial.
Make sure that you do this two to three times a week over the next four weeks.
You will see tremendous results! Step 1 Dumbell Split Squat - 10 reps per side Step 2 T Push Up - 10 reps Step 3 Overhead Squat - 10 Reps Step 4 Cross Body Mountain Climbers for 30 Seconds Step 5 Push Up with Dumbbell Row - 8 per arm By performing those in a group as many times as you can in fifteen minutes will work out your entire body, each exercise was designed to workout and emphasis your abs.
Cardio is extremely important, stick with blast training rather then boring solid state cardio which lasts for thirty minutes to an hour.
By doing blast training you will increase your metabolism and have some really great results.
I have seen this change the course of a person's results by simply changing the way they do their cardio workouts.
Next lets focus on your nutrition, this is the ultimate step.
If you do the workout I said above and NOT focus on your diet and nutrition then it is completely pointless.
Stick with eating lots of fruits and vegetables as they will be very beneficial to you due to the vitamins and minerals found in them.
Fruits doesn't mean that sugary crap that you find in your grocery store.
I mean actual fruit, don't waste your time with the juices.
Eliminate any and all fast food and cut down your dinner proportions by at least 25%.
In a matter of several weeks you will be on the track towards 6 pack ripped abs! If you are interested in a guaranteed six pack results then check out the Abs Workout homepage for the complete guide! I saw results in less then 6 weeks, how many people can say that? The Abs Workout Homepage.
