Lose body fat exercises are commonly paired with cardiovascular exercises.
In this article I am going to show you a series of exercises that are common and uncommon to give you multiple ways to lose body fat that has been hard to reduce.
It does not matter what weight you start at or what your current mind state is, you will be able to benefit from this information.
There is no best cardio exercise, it is only the one that you choose to do consistently day in and day out with high intensity.
You do not have to like the exercise, you just have to keep coming back every day and you will get results.
It is better however for you to pick one that you enjoy and you will see more results because you will be more passionate about the exercise.
There are two schools of types of cardio.
There is the slow and consisting group and then the high pace, high intensity cardio.
If you are limited on time I suggest to do the high intensity types of workouts because you can get more results for less time.
These are great lose body fat exercises.
For the slow and steady types of workouts they will have low intensity and they will burn fat, just not as fast as high intensity workouts.
These types of workouts do preserve your joints but require a longer period of time usually varying within 45 minutes to an hour of time.
The high-intensity style workouts for short duration are 20 to 30 minutes, which burn tons of calories and rev up your energy engine for the day.
Quick motions and sprinting are going to get the biggest results but take a lot out of your energy.
To monitor your results right down your body measurements and give yourself a good 4 to 6 weeks of consistent 3 to 4 times a week workouts.
Take weekly photos of yourself and keep a journal of the weights that you use in exercises that you do with the time that you put in.
Below I will include a series of lose body fat exercises that you can implement into your daily workout.
Step aerobics - For the men or women that have what are commonly referred to as thunder thighs use a simple step aerobics workout which will target your legs, hips and can burn 400 calories in 30 minutes.
Bicycling - You can do this at the gym or if you own a bicycle outdoors.
if you put higher resistance on bicycling it will make this work out even more effective and you can burn anywhere from 250 calories to 500 calories in half an hour.
Running - Running is the best exercise for anybody to start with because all you need is a pair of running shoes and determination.
You can easily burn 300 calories in 30 minutes and more than that if you're running faster.
You do not need a gym membership for this and this is effective anytime.
