How many OTHER successful diets give you three full days, (after 11 days ON of course) to indulge in WHATEVER foods your little heart desires...
and STILL remains as results driven as calorie shifting has been? Well..
here is my top tip: Lots of people completely LOSE themselves in these three days, thinking that it is OPEN season to eat anything (and EVERYTHING) that isn't nailed down.
It's not.
And this to me has been one of the weaknesses in the interpretations of the diet being passed around the on line shifter community as gospel.
You are given latitude...
but simply DON'T negate what you've accomplished in the previous 11 days in 72 hours of high cholesterol fun! Moderation is the key...
of course while eating foods you really crave.
And remember, this is a weight loss strategy for LIFE...
so integrate a sense of balance and fullness (no pun intended..
