- 1). State a truth about how you feel along with a positive affirmation while tapping approximately fives times on each specific point.
- 2). Tap the "Karate Chop" point, located on the outside of your left hand, using the tips of all four fingers of your right hand.
- 3). Use the fingertips on one or both hands to tap the top of the head.
- 4). Apply even tapping on the eyebrow point. It's located where the eyebrow begins near the center of the face. Use the index and middle fingers on one hand to tap.
- 5). Move to the eye and under eye points. Tap on the bone near the outside of the eye, then on the bone under the eye, approximately even with the pupil.
- 6). Position the index and middle finger under the nose. Tap the under nose spot and then on the chin.
- 7). Locate the collarbone spot just below the hollow in your neck. Tap this spot with your index and middle fingers.
- 8). Finish the EFT for carpal tunnel syndrome by tapping on the under the arm point located 4 inches below the armpit.
