3) Complete One Task At A Time

It is a common practice in today's busy workplace to attempt to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Or, equally common is to switch tasks before they are completed. These practices seem productive on the surface, however studies have shown that when 2 tasks are done at the same time, EACH task suffers.

In fact, the effectiveness of each task is reduced by 50%!

A tatctic that will prevent multi-tasking, is to write down the RESULTS you expect from the completion of a single task. Writing down the anticipated results will motivate you to complete the task.
