What We Eat Is Making Us Fat and How To Lose Weight Without Dieting

Dieters and weight loss hopefuls are going through extreme methods to obtain lasting weight loss results. This includes risky surgical procedure, high-priced weight-loss programs, and radical fad dieting. But permanent weight loss without dieting or surgery seriously isn't rocket science, and shouldn't cost hundreds of dollars to achieve.

Food is not just meant for nutrition and health but more so used for cultural and social interaction that places large emphasis on food being a pacifier.

Do not train your stomach to be hungry all the time. We do this if we keep stretching it with lots of food.

Since nearly all of us live sedentary lives we see our weight spiraling out of control, so physical activity is imperative that you break the cycle of weight gain and no activity. If you are just starting with a workout program start small first and build up from there.
