So you want to reduce your anxiety? I know how you feel - I have suffered from anxiety for 5 years now and although it hasn't gone away completely, it has been greatly reduced.
I have done a lot of work on myself during the last year or so and it really does pay off.
Here are three ways you can lower your stress levels and reduce anxiety- 1.
The first thing you should do is take up a form of meditation.
I practise meditation daily and it has completely changed my life.
Some of the benefits you will gain include - greater focus, mental clarity, peace of mind and higher energy levels.
This will lead to an increase in confidence because it enables you to cope much better in stressful situations.

You should start doing regular exercise if you are not doing so already.
Exercise releases endorphins in the brain which naturally makes you feel great about yourself.
That's why I now do exercise every day.
It doesn't matter what kind you do, just pick something you enjoy and do it regularly.
You will experience results after a couple of days, feeling better about yourself and an increase in confidence.
3.
Flexibility training is something you should incorporate into your daily routine.
Stretching releases tension stored in the body which results in a feeling of total relaxation and peace of mind.
I have started to do this daily and the results have been absolutely amazing.
Tension can often lead to increased anxiety so that is why this is such a great thing to do.
A good time to do it is after your work out.
So there you have it.
I know these sound simple but they are highly effective.
Start doing them daily and you will start feeling calmer and more at peace with the world.
