Secret Way to Follow Someone on Twitter Using an RSS Feed

Viewing a person's profile page.
This is a very simple option.
As you are viewing someone's profile you can click on the follow button under the person's avatar.
If you are already following this user then you will see a green check mark and a short message saying that you are already following that person.
Viewing a list of followers or friends.
In this case you are viewing many different twitter users on one page and each has a follow button next to them.
*Note.
Instead of a follow button if you see the message reading "this person has protected their updates" it means that the user must first approve your follow request.
Following Twitter's Suggested Users If you are really unclear about where to start in following other Twitter users you can find help by looking at Twitter's Suggested Users page, which has over 100 users.
This list has over 100 Twitter users.
This list is a mixed bag of Twitterati (the Twitter elite who have the most followers) these people include celebrity, actors and actresses, companies, media outlets, brands, etc.
This is a great and easy way to populate your friend list.

Following a person's updates via RSS If a are a dedicated Twitter user and you spend a lot of time on your RSS reader than you might be against the idea of logging into Twitter to follow a person's tweet every time.
Or you might follow a friend who is very interesting and you don't want to miss a single tweet of his if you are not signed in or you can't get to a computer for one day.

Twitter makes each twitter user's timeline available in RSS Feed.
This way Twitter makes it easy to subscribe to the feed using Google, My Yahoo!, Bloglines, or Live Bookmarks.
Here is how you can make this work for you: •Find the selected user's profile page.
•In the sidebar, click the RSS feed of username's update link.
•Subscribe to the feed.
Then copy the feed URL in the browser's address bar, find your RSS service, and select the option to add a feed and past the feed address.
