The Process: Six Step Guide!

Step 1: Clear and Prepare the Area
First thing we need to do is clear the treated area. All movable furniture and possessions need to be removed from the treated area.

Step 2: Pre-Vacuum
For best results we need to thoroughly vacuum the traffic areas to remove as much of the dry soil, such as dust and dirt, as possible. This removes solid waste on the surface of your carpet and allows the cleaning agents to work on the tougher, harder to get soils.

Step 3: Pre Spray/Pre Condition
This step is very important prior to steam cleaning. Attack the targeted stained areas directly with chemicals used to lift and remove stains. Applying the treatment directly to stains suspends the soils imbedded in the carpet which allows the steam cleaner to pick up soils it often misses.

Step 4: Good Ole Hands and Knees
Agitate the pre-spray deep into the carpet fibers. Agitation can be done with a push broom or a scrubbing brush. This step significantly improves results. Agitation does not take long but is very necessary.

Step 5: Steam Clean
We first steam clean the specially treated area. We don't want the soils and especially the pre-conditioning treatment to stay on your carpet for too long. We then steam clean the entire carpet in a north to south motion to rid the carpet of all dust and dry soils. All dust and dirt will be sucked into the steam cleaners from its micro fiber padding.

Step 6: Carpet Dry
We have state of the art air movers to speed up the drying process. Three air mover fans strategically placed to cut the drying time in half. If you choose not to purchase the air dry package no worries, after a couple of hours of air-drying your carpet will be perfectly fresh and clean!
