How to Reboot an iPod 30G

    • 1). Slide the "Hold" switch at the top of the iPod on, then off. The "On" position reveals an orange color, while a white color means it's off.

    • 2). Press and hold the center "Select" button and the "Menu" button simultaneously for 6 to 8 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen. The hold switch must be in the "Off" position. If the Apple logo doesn't appear on the screen, repeat this step.

    • 3). Plug your iPod into a power source, if the above step didn't work. Press and hold the "Select" button and the "Menu" button simultaneously for 6 to 8 seconds, until you see the Apple logo flash on the screen. Repeat this step if necessary.
