Do You Have Limiting Beliefs? Release Them, They Sabotage Your Dreams!

Are you a huge success? Are you able to put your mind to something, a new project and know that you will achieve the desired result? No, why not? What is holding you back? Could it be that voice in your head, the one that holds your Limiting Beliefs? Let them go! Are you aware of your limiting beliefs? Do you constantly hear doubt in your mind, that annoying little voice that always seems to bring you down faster than anything else you know? You know the one, it is as if it is laughing at you, telling you that you were stupid to believe you could do that! We Can Learn Anything! We can learn anything we wish to, that is how we are designed! Do you remember as a kid learning to ride a bike, you wouldn't think about it now would you? You learned to drive, cook, swim..
We can learn anything! We all have doubts at times but they should not be so strong that they sabotage our efforts, or keep us from even trying.
We are amazing creatures, we can learn anything we wish to and then we apply what we have learned to achieve our desired result! Of course we can it's simple! So why would we make such a big deal of something new, and think we just cannot do it? Put in these terms it makes sense, right? So What Holds Us Back? Somewhere a long the line we learnt not to trust ourselves, maybe we just chose a belief through fear, or perhaps we were told that we could not do something, did you ever hear this "you can't do just what you like to do"? We take these words as our truth and they become our limiting beliefs! If we dare to try something, we will hear that little voice saying "you can't do that"! The thing is, these are silly little thoughts, and they can be eliminated easily! Write Them Down.
When that voice comes up in your mind, write the thoughts down on paper, ask yourself why you would believe this? Write anything that comes to mind, you will figure out where this belief started and it is likely that you will see how little importance it has, you will be able to let it go.
It is just a thought and thoughts can be changed! Thoughts and beliefs are learned and they can be un-learned! This thought is simply a small and insignificant thought, we can start choosing whether we want to believe in it or not, and of course we don't want to! Can you see how damaging these little old thoughts can be, and they mean nothing, they have been holding you back! Protection.
We have this inner protection that wants to keep us safe from failure and disappointment, so it will try to stop us from deleting the old beliefs, we may find that we struggle at first to get rid of the limiting beliefs, but there is plenty we can do about that!
