We all indulge in fast food from time to time.

Wraps combine all your favorite things from that restaurant into a much healthier wrap, instead of buns which contain massive amounts of carbs and those are not good for you in high quantities.
Now the best way to stay on track with your nutrition is to simply cut back on your fast food intake.
That is the best way to stay healthy when you're talking about fast food at all, whether it's the healthy section of their menu or not you should really cut down on your intake.
