- 1). Create a coin toss pool. Fill a small wading pool with water. Add several wind-up floating toys that swim around the top of the pool. You can find moving frogs, fish, toy boats and other wind-up toys at toy stores or dollar stores. Have people throw three coins, one at a time, to try and hit the moving toys.
- 2). Hook up a balloon dart board. Get a dart board and darts from a toy store or sporting goods shop. Blow up several small balloons and attach them by their stems to the board with tacks. Have people throw three darts, one at a time, to try and pop the different balloons. Use different color balloons for different points.
- 3). Set up some hoops. Get a small basketball hoop from a toy store and several small bean bags. Have people throw three bean bags, one at a time, in an attempt to get in through the hoop. Instead of a basketball hoop, you can cut holes in plywood or foam core and prop them up for people to throw the bean bags through the hole.
- 4). Play croquet or horse shoes. Both of these games are easy to set up with a kit from a toy store or sporting goods shop. Have people throw three horse shoes, one at a time, or hit three croquet balls, one at a time. Their goal is getting the horse shoe around the post or the croquet ball through the metal arch.
