2. Bedtime Hydration

4. Use Goggles
Face masks can be fun to put on and they are effective for skin hydration. You can purchase a mask or you can make one, this is a quick recipe you can create at home:
- 2 tsp organic any fruit juice
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 tbsp peppermint
- 2 egg whites
- Enough quick oats to create a paste
Mix these together and rub on face until it's covered. Leave onto dry and then rinse off with tepid to warm water before splashing with cold.
