Millions of men suffer from enlarged prostate pain.
Sometimes it's genetic.
Sometimes it's from lifestyle and diet.
And sometimes...
it's from the chair you sit in.
Here's what I mean: More and more men are working in an office or at home where they sit for long hours at a time.
And what this does is, it puts all kinds of pressure on your prostate that it was never meant to support.
Think about it for a second and it will make sense.
Your prostate is situated in a spot where all your weight heaps upon it every time you sit down.
This is fine if you are not sitting down for the majority of your day (as was the case before the modern age when most men worked outside doing manual labor, instead of being hunched over a computer screen).
But if you sit down frequently, this wreaks havoc on your prostate.
And it can cause you to have enlarged prostate pain and problems.
Like, for example, decreased urine flow, frequent urge to urinate, prostate pain, and even sexual problems (especially loss of sex drive).
And the insidious thing is, these problems will not get better if you don't take actions now.
What kind of actions can you take? For one thing, set a kitchen timer for thirty three minutes and thirty three seconds.
Then, when you sit down, push "start.
" When it goes off, no matter what you are doing, get up and walk around for five minutes.
Maybe play with the dog if you're working at home.
Or go get a drink or use the bathroom if at work.
The point is to get up and moving.
Take the pressure off your prostate periodically.
This might not totally eliminate the problem.
But if you have enlarged prostate pain, it can make a big difference.
