How To Lose Man Breasts: Exercise The Right Way

Do you want to know how to lose man breasts? Exercise is the key my friend.
Now I am not talking about running marathons everyday or anything like that.
I also, do not mean doing lots of push ups and other chest exercises.
In fact, if I see one more person recommending push ups to get rid of man breasts, I think I am gonna scream! Well not really, but it does get annoying.
You see, losing man boobs is different to losing weight in general.
The usual advice of eating less and exercise more isn't gonna cut it here.
I'll not bore you with all the science type stuff, but man breasts are usually caused by a hormone imbalance.
High estrogen and low testosterone are the culprits, if you were wondering.
How To Lose Man Breasts: Exercise Anyway back to the boobies: if you want to know how to lose man breasts, exercise is the key.
Actually resistance training is the key.
By that I mean either weight lifting or bodyweight exercises.
This can either be done in the gym or at home, whatever suits you best really.
If you can fit this into your lifestyle easily, you are more likely to keep doing it.
Personally I find if I go to the gym, I get motivated better, because I have to get up and out of the house.
But decide for yourself what way you'd rather train.
The reason why resistance training is great for getting rid of man breasts.
Is that it sorts out that hormone imbalance I talked about.
You may also remember that I said not to over-do the chest exercises.
This is because, there is a common myth, that doing exercises on the area you want to lose weight, will strip the fat of that particular body part.
This is incorrect.
You cannot spot reduce fat unfortunately.
So don't listen to the fitness companies trying to sell you their exercise machines claiming to do this.
How To Lose Man Breasts: Exercise The Right Way Okay, enough of the talking, lets have a look at the type of workout you should be doing to lose man breasts.
These workouts should consist of large exercises that works the entire body.
As these have the biggest impact on your hormones.
I will put a sample of the exercises you can do below: Squat Bench Deadlift Chin Up Burpees Mountain Climbers You may not know what all the exercises are but it is just a sample of the exercises you can do.
The best way to do these for losing man breasts, is to do them in circuit fashion.
This simply means that you do one set of each exercise, before moving onto the next one, until all the exercises are completed.
For example: Do a set of squats for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, do a set benches for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds and so on until all exercises are done.
Does this make sense? Basically do an exercise for 30 sec, rest for 30 sec, then move onto the next one and so on.
You then rest for 2mins after all the exercises have been done before doing another 2 rounds.
Using this type of weight lifting is great for getting the heart rate up to burn lots of calories.
Which will help with general weight loss.
While also jacking up your hormone levels to take care of those love balloons.
Not bad for a quick 15min workout, done 3 times a week, eh? Another great thing you can do to lose man breasts is eat certain foods.
The foods that I am talking about will help restore your hormone levels even further, so that your man boobs will not stand a chance! Imagine not ever having to worry about them again, be it at the beach with your top off, or wearing whatever clothes you want without any poking going on.
