Let's say you are an accountant and you know tax laws in and out.
You could start a website with a paid newsletter where you discuss and explain all the recent tax law amendments and how they influence businesses.
That way you are not limited to only giving your advice, and more importantly your time, to one person at a time.
That's a very professional and legitimate online money making project.
And lastly my favourite! When you market a product online you get a cut form any sale that is referred by you.

You basically need knowledge about the product and some means to promote it online.
