- 1). Turn off the phone and remove the back case.
- 2). Remove the battery, and then reinsert the battery. Removing the battery will return the phone to an operational state, allowing you to navigate the menu options.
- 3). Replace the back cover and turn on the phone.
- 4). Press the "Menu" button.
- 5). Scroll to the "Settings" option and select it.
- 6). Select the "Reset Device" option.
- 7). Press "12345" when prompted for the security code. The phone will now be restored to its factory settings, resolving the white screen problem.
