- The Early Girl tomato plant produces small to medium, 4-5 oz., flavorful pieces of fruit during the growing season. The indeterminate (tall-growing) plant is resistant to the fungus verticillium wilt.
- The early maturity and fruit production of the Early Girl are well suited for cool regions. The plants can be planted indoors in early spring and carried outside in containers during warmer weather. The containers are easily moved indoors when early frosts hits the growing area.
- The Early Girl grows to full size in approximately 54 days. It is one of the earliest fruit producers of any tomato plant, making it an asset for a container garden.
