- 1). Turn on the A8 and and press the center button in the console directly behind the shifter to initiate the MMI screen.
- 2). Press the "Navigation" button located to the left of the shifter on the Audi's center console.
- 3). Turn the MMI knob that surrounds the center button you pressed in Step 1 and select the "City/ZIP" option.
- 4). Using the knob to select individual letters, spell out the city or zip code of your destination. As you enter letters, the menu will automatically populate itself with choices, which you can scroll down to and select by clicking "List" once your destination appears.
- 5). Select "Street," and enter relevant information using the knob and letter selection screen.
- 6). Select "Start route guidance" from the main navigation menu to begin receiving step-by-step directions to your destination.
