Canceling a Gmail Account

• 1). Go to Gmail.com and click on "Settings" in the upper right-hand corner of the window. Then click on the "Accounts and Import" tab.
  
  
• 2). Click on "Google Account Settings," and then go to "Edit," located next to the "My Products" button.
  
  
• 3). Click on the "Remove Gmail Permanently" button.
  
  

Canceling a Yahoo Account

• 1). Go to https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user. This takes you to the account termination page.
  
  
• 2). Enter your Yahoo login information.
  
  
• 3). Type in the wavy security text in the security dialog box, and then click on "Yes - Terminate My Account."
  
  

Canceling an Outlook Account

• 1). Go to the "Tools" menu then click on "Email Accounts."
  
  
• 2). Click on "View or Change Existing Accounts" then click "Next."
  
  
• 3). Select the email account you want to delete, and then click on the "Remove" button.
  
  
• 4). Click on the "Finish" button.
