Click "Start." Type the phrase "Network and Sharing Center" into the "Search" field and press "Enter."

Click your wireless connection's name in the "Connections" field. This opens the "Status" window for your connection.

Click "Diagnose." The Network and Sharing Center will now analyze the settings of your connection and fix any software-based issues. If any issues are hardware based, you'll receive specific instructions on how to fix them.
